The software we build, ship and still run ourselves.
Techniques get proven on our own products first, on software we have to live with after it ships. Everything here is in use — not a concept, not a pitch deck.
TerpTrakker
A journal for what you consume and how it actually affected you — what worked, how fast it worked, and how long it lasted — without any of it leaving your phone.
- See what actually works for you — rate a symptom before a session and again after, and the app surfaces which products and terpene profiles line up with sleep, relief or focus.
- Time the effects, not just the dose — onset and duration stopwatches turn “about an hour, I think” into a number you can compare across sessions.
- Everything about a batch in one place — cannabinoid and terpene percentages, batch and harvest dates, dispensary and price, with the lab COA filed against the product.
- Works with no signal at all — the whole app runs offline, and your journal stays on the device unless you switch sync on.

Focally
A Pomodoro timer that lives in your browser’s side panel and does the accounting for you — it holds the block, hushes the distractions, and writes up the work when you’re done.
- Focus that holds — timed blocks with distracting sites blocked for the duration, and a one-minute escape hatch for when you genuinely need the tab.
- One list instead of four tabs — today’s work pulled in from ClickUp and Salesforce, plus action items from your meetings.
- The admin writes itself — finishing a block logs the time to ClickUp, the activity to Salesforce, and your note as a comment on the task.
- Your team can tell you’re heads-down — an optional status and Do Not Disturb in Slack or Teams, cleared for you when the block ends.

Caldera
Turns a Stream Deck into a physical control panel for a vaporizer — temperature, heat, fan and entire automated sessions on real keys, and on dials where the deck has them.
- A whole session on one key — build a multi-step ritual (heat to temperature, wait, fan burst, step up, shut off) and bind it to a single button, then run it the same way every time.
- The keys show the device, not just commands — live temperature, heat and fan state, battery and the auto-shutoff countdown, updating as the device changes.
- All-off in one press — heat and fan cut immediately, from a key you can hit without looking.
- Nothing in between — your own machine talking to the device over Bluetooth. No account to make, nothing to be offline from, nothing collecting telemetry.
